Technical note: this site is designed to minimise data collection. Fonts are hosted locally (no requests to third-party servers such as Google Fonts) and no advertising tracking tools are used.

This site uses only essential cookies, intended to remember your consent and ensure the proper functioning of the booking tool. No tracking or advertising-profiling cookies are placed. You may delete these cookies at any time via your browser settings.
4. Professional secrecy and data transmission
As an attorney, Ms Emmanuelle Emerich-Swann is bound by the strictest professional secrecy (art. 13 of the Swiss Attorneys Act, LLCA). Data collected via this site is treated confidentially and is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
